When you are originally assigned a user ID in RebateWeb, you will receive an email from the system telling you what your original password is. This is a system-generated password. In addition, your password will expire after 60 days. System-generated or expired passwords can be used to log in to the system one time only. As soon as you have provided the password, you will be taken to a page where you must supply a new password (which, of course, you will confirm by typing it twice.)
If you have forgotten your password, you will need to have your password Reset. If you are not the primary Administrator for your organization, please contact the primary administrator. If you are the organization administrator, contact the RebateWeb Administrator via email to request reset for your password or the password of any other user who needs it.
