Clicking on the name of an organization on the manufacturer side of the Main Menu and clicking the View button or clicking on a manufacturer name from the Manufacturer List will bring you to a page which shows details about that manufacturer organization. This page contains information similar to that for a payer or the RebateWeb organization, but with some changes for manufacturers only.
If you want to change any of this data, click on the Edit Organization button to see the data described in the first three bullet items below, but with those fields that can be changed accessible for modification. Data includes:
Summary Data about the organization as a whole, including:
Name.
Type. This will be Manufacturer and cannot be changed.
Status. This will be Active, Inactive or Pending and can be changed on the Edit Manufacturer Organization page.
Mailing Address. The address to which any mail should be sent. The CMS Invoice Contact's name would normally be used together with this address for mailing purposes.
CMS Invoice Contact information. This includes data about the individual who has been identified as the person to receive questions and other communications to this organization about RebateWeb usage. Data included, all mandatory, is:
Name.
Email.
Phone Number.
Administrator information. This includes data about the individual who has been designated as the chief administrative user of RebateWeb for this organization. This person may be the same as the CMS Invoice Contact or different. Data shown for the administrator is the same pieces of data as for the Primary Contact, together with User ID. You will be assigning the User ID for this administrator. Keep in mind that each user ID must be unique.
Associated Labeler Codes list. This is a list of all labeler codes that have been associated with the manufacturer. For each such labeler code, a start quarter will be present. An end quarter is optionally present as well. A labeler code may appear multiple times in the list so long as the associated quarter ranges do not overlap. A labeler code may be deleted directly from this page. Also, clicking on the labeler code brings up a page from which you can get to the Edit Labeler Code page and change the quarters or add an end quarter if needed. There is also an Add Labeler button if needed.
Associated Contacts list. This list includes all contacts which have been defined for this manufacturer organization. A contact other than the administrator can be deleted here, though you should do this only for someone who has been entered in error. Also, you can click on the contact name to go to a page giving all the information for a given contact, together with an Edit Contact button, allowing you to modify the data. There is also an Add Contact button on this page to allow a new contact to be entered.
